This certifies that the bearer hereof is an ordained interfaith minister recognized by the Interfaith Council of North Connecticut and the Universal Life Church of Modesto. First Amendment faith ministry rights are granted to all U.S. citizens without discrimination according to federal case law. See Universal Life Church v. United States, 372 F. Supp. 770 (E.D.Cal. 1974).

The regional managers of the Interfaith Council of North Connecticut, by virtue of the authority vested in them, have conferred upon the bearer hereof the degree of Doctor of Divinity, Honoris Causa, together with all honors, rights, and privileges pertaining thereto, in recognition of the fulfillment of the requirements for this degree.
