Step 1: Change any 7s, 8s, 9s and 0s to 3s, 4s, 5s and 6s, or some other combination of values between 1-6. For letters, in a standard cipher A would be called 1, B would be called 2, F would be called 6, G would be called 1, and so on. You can try different ciphers.
Step 2: If necessary, rearrange your two numbers so the greater numeral is in the tens column. Hop numbers are called by the greater of their two values. For example, a roll of 1 and 5 is called a 51.
